Consultations & suitability

All treatments require a consultation and, where relevant, a patch test before a course begins. Treatments are only carried out where, in the practitioner's professional judgement, they are suitable and safe for you. We may decline or postpone treatment on clinical grounds.

Results

Individual results vary. While we use medical-grade technology and trained expertise to achieve the best outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results, and the number of sessions required will differ from person to person.

Bookings, deposits & cancellations

Appointment, deposit and cancellation arrangements will be explained to you when you book. We ask that you give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to someone else.

Aftercare

To get the best results and keep your skin safe, please follow the aftercare advice given to you. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow that advice.
